Embracing diversity is not only a responsible attitude from a human point of view, generating more inclusive work environments. Several studies have shown that more diverse organizations have a competitive advantage over others.

Bistrô believes that brands need to identify their own flags and defend them with pride. And that is why we celebrate colors, multiple identities and actively participate in the fight against all types of discrimination.

Women make up only 26% of professionals in the creative departments of large Brazilian agencies. In creative leadership positions, the number drops to 14%. To inspire a different future, Bistrô brought together 10 girls in a playful workshop . With the help of the agency's creatives, they were able to create ads based on real briefings. The pieces created by the girls were transformed into a yearbook. The material was distributed to large agencies in Rio Grande do Sul and the action also became a video case with 30 thousand views on social media.

#FIGHTRACISM

On the International Day Against Racial Discrimination , black advertising professionals from Porto Alegre came together at Bistrô to eliminate agency barriers in the name of an important cause: calling for a greater black presence in the national advertising market. Interpreting a quote from Nelson Mandela, they sent a clear message: #FightRacism .

#PRIDEBISTROT

In June, when LGBTQIA+ Pride is celebrated, the Bistrô created the tradition of installing a 10-meter-high rainbow flag on the facade of its building. The initiative marks the pride in the diversity that exists within the company.
