We need sparks of imagination to put out fires, “brainstorms” to bring balance to our waters, and blooming ideas to flourish amid the desert of uncertainties we live in.
As an advertising agency, our role is to imagine solutions. But what kind of solutions does the planet need? What are the seeds of the future we want to plant? We know we can no longer avoid the responsibility of assessing the impact we generate in the world.

Biophilic Design
in the Workplace
We installed a stabilized natural moss wall to promote a healthier and more productive environment. Studies show that contact with natural elements can reduce stress, boost creativity, and improve the well-being and productivity of teams.

Lighting Optimization
The architectural project of our new HQ prioritizes natural lighting, with large windows and glass doors, along with light curtains that maximize sunlight. Common areas use timers to avoid energy waste.

Energy Efficiency & Smart Control
All equipment purchased for the new HQ meets top-tier Procel energy efficiency standards. We also use smart plugs to remotely control electronic devices and monitor energy consumption, improving overall efficiency.

Water-saving
Systems
We installed dual-flush toilet valves to allow for efficient water use. Automatic faucets with aerators help save up to 80% of water used in restrooms.

Recycling & Special Waste Collection
We implemented selective waste bins and a battery collection point to ensure proper disposal. An educational guide, developed in partnership with a recycling cooperative, supports correct usage and sorting of recyclables.

Plastic-free Office Policy
We’ve eliminated single-use plastic items from our office. Each team member uses their own reusable mug or cup, and a water filter system replaces the need for plastic bottles.

Bistrô’s Governance Committee was created to oversee the implementation of policies and ensure that all our actions are in compliance with the Code of Ethics and best market practices. The Committee is responsible for constantly monitoring and evaluating our governance initiatives, promoting transparency in all company processes.

We ensure that our business practices are not involved in human rights violations, either directly or indirectly, and we maintain a reporting channel to report any behavior that goes against this principle.
