Discover the Bistrô’s Purpose, Mission and Values

We believe in the power of ideas.
It is through creativity that great challenges have found solutions throughout history. And it is this same creativity that can help us face the crises that threaten the planet. We need the creative spark to put out fires, for a "brainstorm" to help balance the waters, and for ideas to flourish amid the desert of uncertainty in which we live.
As an advertising agency, our job is to come up with solutions. And what solutions does the planet need? What are the seeds of the future that we want to plant? We know that we can no longer avoid the commitment to assessing the impact we have on the world.
Our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) journey is the path we have chosen to transform this symbolic commitment to preserving the planet into concrete actions. It is through this journey that we are aligning our work with the Sustainable Development Goals, building new futures where innovation, inclusion and sustainability go hand in hand.

New + Sustainable Headquarters

Biophilic design in the workplace
We installed a wall with stabilized natural moss, promoting a healthier and more productive environment. Studies show that contact with natural elements can reduce stress and increase creativity, well-being and team productivity.

Use of natural light
The architectural design of the new headquarters prioritizes natural lighting, with large windows and glass doors, as well as light curtains that maximize the entry of light. The lights in the common areas have timers to avoid wasting light.

Energy efficiency and intelligent control
The equipment purchased for the new headquarters has the A Procel energy efficiency seal, ensuring low consumption. In addition, we use smart plugs to remotely control the use of electronics and monitor consumption, optimizing energy savings.

Water saving: flush valve and taps with timer
We install dual flush valves, allowing you to save water in different uses. Automatic taps with aerator save up to 80% of the water used in bathrooms.

Selective and special waste collection
We installed selective waste bins at our headquarters and a battery collector, ensuring the correct disposal of waste. A booklet provides guidance on the proper use, in partnership with an association of waste pickers for the disposal of recyclable materials.

Reducing the use of plastic at headquarters
We have implemented a ban on the use of disposable plastic products. Each employee uses their own reusable cup or glass, and we have a water filter system available, eliminating the need for plastic bottles.

Social Axis
Check out our social responsibility movements.

We are from Rio Grande do Sul, a state that suffered one of the biggest environmental tragedies in the history of Brazil in May 2024.
We carried out several actions to mitigate the impacts of this catastrophe:
• Volunteer Actions
• Charity Bazaar
• Collection Point
• Financial, logistical and emotional support for those affected by our team

We adopted an NGO of residents of Ilha do Pavão , in Porto Alegre, badly affected by the flooding of the Guaíba, with financial donations and collection of supplies, in addition to logistical support at our headquarters.
We sponsored the 5th Zero Waste Week in Canoas , reaffirming our commitment to environmental awareness and encouraging waste reduction.
