The systematic evaluation of these indexes, conducted every six months, is part of Bistrô’s strategy to measure the level of inclusion and the sense of belonging related to diversity within the team.

With an average score of 91, based on a survey conducted with our team, we earned the GPTW certification, which attests that our agency is a great place to work. The questionnaire also highlighted our highest scores in questions related to inclusion at Bistrô, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation—proving that everyone can be their true selves here. This result reinforces our commitment to inclusive policies and psychological safety at work.
Bistrô was also ranked the best small company in Brazil in the GPTW 2024/25 LGBTQIA+ Diversity Ranking, 3rd place in the Ethnic-Racial category, and the 8th best small communications agency to work for in Brazil.
