These percentages are calculated based on the team's voluntary, anonymous self-declaration and the systematic evaluation of these indexes, every six months, is part of Bistrô's strategy to measure the level of inclusion and acceptance of diversity within the team.

Bistrô is officially a Great Place To Work !

With an average score of 91, based on a survey conducted with the team, we achieved GPTW certification, which attests to the agency as a great place to work. The questionnaire also highlights the highest scores in questions about welcoming people at Bistrô regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation, attesting that everyone can be who they are at Bistrô. A result that reaffirms the agency's commitment to inclusive policies and psychological safety at work.

Bistrô is also the best in Brazil among small companies in the GPTW 2023 Diversity Ranking in the Ethnic-racial and LGBTQIA+ categories and the 8th best small communications agency in Brazil to work for .
